1. Access to ACHPER Members Online is limited to the individual Member.
2. Your password must be kept secure at all times, and not made available to any other person. You are liable for any use of ACHPER Members Online in connection with your membership. You must agree to indemnify ACHPER from or against any loss or claim arising from this use or inaccurate information being recorded from this use. If you believe unauthorised use of your account has occurred please contact us immediately.
3. Any information you provide via ACHPER Members Online will override information currently in our system (including your registration email address). You are responsible to ensure all details you provide us are correct and accurate.
4. These Terms and Conditions covers the ACHPER National website at www.achper.org.au and ACHPER Members Online. It does not cover links from this website.
5. You may cancel your right to access ACHPER Members Online at any time by contacting us. ACHPER may in its discretion cancel your access to Members Online at any time without notice.
6. ACHPER may ammend these terms at any time and will publish them on our website.
7. These terms and the Terms and Conditions of the ACHPER National website's Privacy Policy is the entire agreement between you and ACHPER about ACHPER Members Online and overrides all prior agreements.
